Philly Experience #1

Before arriving to Philadelphia, I had the opportunity to shoot some scenery in Delaware which is where two young men were murdered doing a drug deal gone wrong.  The two men were from West Philadelphia and we were headed there to speak with their close friends about first hand encounters and about specific information pertaining to the incident.

David McIntosh, a childhood friend of Keifer and Mike, was very distraught over the recent killings of his two friends.  He expressed that it was a accident gone wrong and that God took his friends way too soon.  We followed David around the neighborhood so that we could experience in depth the connection that he shared with the two individuals.

After taking a brief ride through the city with David, we went back to Keifer's mothers house where they often spent most of their free time.  Her house was known as the spot where everybody could go to feel a sense of comfort and just be together with the people that mean the most to you.

David and another friend, Chopz Hamilton expressed their thoughts on the G-Code and how secrecy can directly affect you.  Then we sat down with both of them in the garage of Keifer's mothers house as they elaborated on the events that occurred the night their friends lost their lives to senseless violence.

They shared special moments with us that they had with Keifer and Mike.  Both David and Chopz were still outraged and in anger that someone had taken their friends lives but they understood the importance of people coming forth that knew information about the murders because that is the only way the killer could be brought to justice.  Later, we found out that the one who shot the two was a former acquaintance of Mike.
